We have been in business since 1974 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 20 years we have been active members of the NCRPA (Nor Cal Rental Property Association) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.

Since 1975 Cindy Matteucci has been growing her knowledge of the complex real estate market. In that time she has come to acquire a unique understanding of clients needs, and by putting her client’s needs and wants first she has built a successful base of relationships with happy clients. In 1986 she brought her skills and knowledge to San Joaquin County where she also raised her family. She has been recognized by the Central Valley Association of Realtors Masters Club (2003, 2004, 2005) for her outstanding performance in sales and listings.

I have been working in the property management field for 4 years now and in that time I have been elected to the board of the Nor Cal Rental Property Association , the local affiliate for NAA for the Central Valley, greater Sacramento Area and the Napa and Sonoma wine country (12 counties in total) where I have been advocating for rental owner rights with local legislators and city councils. In 2018 I was elected to serve on the board of CALrha which is the California state affiliate for NAA. During my time on the board of CALrha I was part of the campaign for the no vote on prop. 10 that tried to repeal Costa-Hawkens and make rent control on all rental property legal. In 2019 I was voted to be one of the 10 voting delegates that represents California on the national level for NAA where I will continue to fight for rental owner rights not only on the national level but continuing my fight on the local and state levels. In my free time you can find me on the golf course!

I graduated from St. Paul College of Manila in the Philippines with my degree in Accounting. I have many years of experience as a bookkeeper, eighteen years to be exact. My experience includes working with commercial office complexes, shopping centers, and housing rentals. I have been with Matteucci Property Management for about a year and a half as of Dec. of 2018, and have been in charge of working hand in hand with owners and tenants collecting rent payments and developing the monthly statements. We have advanced software systems that assist me in providing service of the highest caliber to our clients. Rest assured I will do my very best to ensure the financial end of your property management experience is well taken care of.

I have 5 years of experience in customer service. I have been working directly with owners and tenants handling all maintenance requests and expediting them with care. I work with multiple vendors that will efficiently address any issues that may occur. Along with ensuring the upkeep on all of our properties, I also track tenant payments, and assist Chris Matteucci in the leasing process. We take pride in providing quality service and have invested in some of the most advanced property management software, to give our clients peace of mind that their investments are in good hands. Working with the Matteucci family thus far has been a great experience. I’m able to have one on one relationships with our owners and tenants, and it is always nice to be able to put a face to the name rather than just a voice over the phone.
