A: Yes, but our primary business is managing our clients investments

A: Assuming rent is paid on time we pay out all owners on the 10th of every month

A: Tenants can pay in office with a personal check, money order or a
cashiers check as well as online through their tenant portal

A: We do a 1 year lease unless otherwise instructed by the owner

A: Based on the tenants credit we take between 1 and 2 months rent for

A: We can start as fast as needed by the owner!

A: We Primarily manage single family homes but we do make acceptions
for some small multi family buildings

A: You as the owner will get a monthly statement showing all income and
liabilities every month with your rent payment as well as a year end
statement showing all income and liabilities for the year for you to
be able to file your taxes
Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: We hold the security deposit in our trust account
